We make the ideas.

The ideas that you should have and they want, but don’t know how to express or find them amongst it all.

It all begins with “If?”

It’s the questions that allow us to imagine a space between the surface and the true self, reality found between being on and off, and the weightless and heavy in-between. Our today is full of possibilities, but the realities exist only in those places where we invite our truth, which we alone know. Our truth accepts delivery. Our truth knows its smile, and our truth knows who to let in. We aim to find the space between touch and taste, a truth made just for yours; “If” you please.

A Brief Conversation™ reimagines the marketing brief by capturing the true essence of client needs and intent through authentic human connection. Rather than relying on static documents, our process centers on dynamic, live conversations between real people, grounded in psychological understanding and cultural anthropology, and powered by AI-driven insights and comprehensive pre-research data.

This multi-dimensional approach enables us to unlock a deeper understanding of the “ask,” revealing not only what is explicitly stated but also the underlying motivations and nuanced drivers that shape client objectives. By integrating these insights, we consistently produce briefs that go beyond surface-level requirements, ensuring campaigns truly resonate with audiences and deliver stronger, more impactful results. The outcome is a briefing document marked by clarity of absolute intent, aligning all stakeholders and preserving the client’s original vision throughout the project lifecycle.

Let’s sit down and just talk about the desired result. It could change your entire direction.

Meet Singapore: The Uncanny Island.

While the world grasps for collaboration, Singapore’s overlapping realities show us something powerful: constraint creates distinction. Our Galapagos isn’t isolation; it’s evolution in action. The beautiful wrong reveals that true innovation happens not through imitation, but through authentic conversation between aspiration and reality. What appears as contradiction becomes our strength. In a discussion at ESSEC Business School, we explore the unique development and test bed that is this one small, multicultural place.

Intent and Out.

What happens when briefs become performance, clarity gets outsourced, and decision-making collapses into endless revision? Intent and Out explores why direction matters more than data, how ambiguity spreads through systems, and why the most dangerous work isn’t wrong work, but work without intent. A practical provocation on decisiveness, responsibility, and the cost of not choosing. Developed for presentation with the Singapore AI Association, it examines the difference between knowing before doing and doing because you can, and how AI’s power is routinely misunderstood. Following its creation, the thinking was featured in a Forbes article.
